Instant Access
Instant Access is a program that offers a streamline process for busy patients to achieve colon cancer screenings. The difference is you don't have to come into the office for a new patient office visit prior to your colonoscopy. You will
meet with our Surgery Scheduler - schedule your procedure and get your instructions, then you'll meet with the doctor at the hospital
prior to your procedure. At that time you'll be able to ask questions or receive further information before your procedure
is started.
Instant Access Appointments:
Contact our office at 907-222-1401, and let our office staff
know that you would like to have an Instant Access Colonoscopy. You will be scheduled with our Surgery Scheduler
for a 15 minute visit to preview the procedure and go over preparation instructions. You will also schedule your Colonoscopy at this
time. Please be advised that we will require at least a 20% deposit plus your deductible if it has
not been met on all colonoscopies at the time of your instant access apointment.You will need to complete all the new patient
forms (below) before this visit. It can be done by arriving early for your appointment or you can access them here on our web
page and bring them with you.
On the day of your procedure you will arrive early
for your procedure and will meet with your scheduled doctor in the pre-operative area and are able to ask further questions. If
your Colonscopy results do not warrant a post porcedure visit, you'll receive a written letter from your doctor along with the results
of your colonscopy in approximately 2 weeks.Tell us how we are doing - we would love to hear from you!
